    Reservations are accepted from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, every day of the week.

    Yes, we will only be asked for your credit card details (number, expiry date and the 3-digit security code) to guarantee the reservation. If you do not have a credit card, a prepayment deposit will be required, the amount of which will be determined by our reservations department, depending on the time of your stay.
  • May I change my reservation?

    If you have any questions about your reservations, changes, or cancellations, please contact our reservations department.

  • What are your typology types?

    Patio Suite: Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 1 king or twin bed and sofa bed. Patio view.

  • What time is breakfast?

    Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am at the Divinus restaurant.

  • What are my travel options from the airport to the resort?

    If needed, we can arrange a private transfer to the Monchique Resort and Spa directly from Faro Airport or from a bus or train station.

    You can rent a car through our reservations department when you make your booking, or directly at the resort reception.

  • Are cribs and high chairs provided by the resort?

    Cribs and high chairs are subject to availability. Please indicate in your booking that you will need any of these items.

  • Is smoking allowed at the resort? What is the policy regarding electronic cigarettes?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas within the Resort, regardless of the type of cigarette. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies of the Suites and in all outdoor areas.

  • Are bed linens and towels provided?

    We provide all bed linens and towels.

  • Are there bathrobes in the rooms?

    All of our suites have bathrobes for our guests.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM.

  • What are the reception hours?

    The reception is open 24 hours a day, every day.

  • Where can I store my luggage?

    Next to reception there is a luggage room where you can store your luggage whenever necessary.
